In her role as President, Jo oversees the strategic direction of Credence Mortgage Advisors, managing both loan officers and operations teams to deliver seamless loan processes and ensure excellent customer service. Her previous leadership roles at top-tier firms highlight her expertise in managing large loan pipelines, fostering team development, and excelling in FHA, VA, Conventional, Jumbo and creative Investment loan products. Jo is passionate about helping clients achieve their goals by providing personalized solutions and unwavering support every step of the way.
Jeremy Weeks
With over 25 years in the mortgage industry, Jeremy has built a successful career in both production and leadership. He started in mortgage production, helping clients navigate home financing and quickly earning their trust. His approach to customer service focuses on delivering solutions and always putting the client's needs first.
As one of the founders of Credence Mortgage Advisors, Jeremy brings his experience to a client-focused brokerage dedicated to offering innovative mortgage solutions, expert guidance, and financial education.
